THE EXPERIENCE
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the CM Centumbrie guide, who will accompany you on a visit of the estate and production area. This is an unique opportunity to visit our state-of-the-art mill and closely discover all stages of olive oil production, in a process that blends tradition and innovation. Along the way, you will learn about the EVO oil production cycle, from field work to processing at the mill, through a direct explanation of the methods and techniques involved.
The visit continues in the panoramic olive grove of Montecolognola, where a walk among the olive trees is planned, with insights into cultivation, plant care, and harvesting methods.
Inside the olive grove, at a dedicated station, you will take part in a professional tasting of CM Centumbrie extra virgin olive oils. During the guided tasting, their sensory characteristics and different profiles of the oils will be explained.
The experience concludes with an open-air picnic featuring CM Centumbrie artisanal and local products, for a relaxing moment immersed in the landscape.
