THE EXPERIENCE
When the Umbrian vineyards are painted in the warm colours of autumn, the magical moment of the grape harvest arrives. Join our grape picking experience, immersed in the hills and vineyards of Umbria, to discover the world of wine up close—from manual grape harvesting to the early stages of winemaking. An authentic experience immersed in nature, among vineyard rows, the winery, and a final tasting.
The day begins at Libera Lepre with an energising breakfast under the winery pergola and a welcome from our team, who will introduce you to the CM Centumbrie world, its production philosophy, and the characteristics of our wines.
We then move to one of our vineyards, where we take part in the manual harvesting of native Umbrian grapes, experiencing first-hand one of the most important moments in agricultural tradition.
After working in the vineyard rows, we enter the winery to observe the first stages of winemaking and discover how the transformation of grapes into wine begins.
An exciting and intense day that concludes with a delightful dinner at our Libera Lepre Osteria, located on the upper floor of the winery, featuring a 4-course menu of local specialities paired with Libera Lepre Centumbrie wines.
