Welcome to Ithaca, a green oasis for the community, created with love and dedication by the Cinaglia Menicucci family. The park's name is meant to represent the journey undertaken with CM Centumbrie, the beautiful journey of which it too is a stop. A journey is beautiful when it leads to places that are cared for with attention and respect toward the needs of Nature and its creatures. It is a vision which becomes an individual experience that greatly enricehes the traveller.
Ithaca is part of the urban sustainability and redevelopment project we are pursuing, with the creation of services and leisure spaces dedicated to both aesthetic and social revaluation. A project measuring approximately 7,000 m² that includes three renovated areas: a public garden complete with outdoor furniture, children's playground, amphitheater and a large fountain with a natural harmonic shape. There is also a neary 1.5-kilometer path that goes beyond the garden boundaries for walks and sports activities and surrounding common spaces that have been upgraded with parking lots, sidewalks and flower beds.
