CENTUMBRIE Cooking Class - Pizza

Water, flour, extra virgin olive oil, and yeast: simple ingredients that give life to one of the most beloved traditions of Italian cuisine. A pizza cooking class designed to discover the techniques, doughs, and secrets of authentic artisanal pizza.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our guide and, after putting on your apron, you will enter our kitchens to discover the world of “white arts” together with our pizza chef. We will begin with a short introduction to doughs, fermentation times, flours, and the importance of high-quality ingredients.
Then it will be time to get hands-on. We will use selected flours, CM Centumbrie extra virgin olive oil, fresh garden vegetables, and seasonal ingredients to prepare the dough and create pizzas with authentic flavours.
Our expert will guide you step by step, from preparation to shaping and baking, sharing techniques and small secrets to achieve a fragrant, soft, and perfectly risen pizza.
The experience concludes with a tasting of the freshly baked pizzas, to be enjoyed together in a convivial atmosphere.
