FAITH AND VISION
The farming society has made a valuable contribution to the survival and evolution of this enchanting Umbrian land of ours. Centumbrie wants to showcase the constant and centuries-old work of millions of women's and men's hands that tended the land, houses, farmyards and stables with the same care and skill for people as for things and animals. From that work comes the need for daily food—based on bread and olive oil—and ritual festivals to be shared with the community; festivals that united, comforted, strengthened and stimulated a social and civic consciousness.
Centumbrie doesn’t want to lose this cultural heritage, which, along with olive oil, wine and bread, also includes songs, verses, sayings and dances. Our aim, therefore, is to continue the work of our ancestors, opening it up to the most advanced modern technology and to the care of the beauty found in every place. This we do in order to help continue that journey toward a happier humanity.
