Evo Bistrot is today a space entirely dedicated to public, private and corporate events, with in-house catering and a structure designed to host even complex formats, with no operational limitations.

Located inside the CM Centumbrie olive mill, Evo Bistrot combines large volumes, industrial aesthetics and a complete technical setup, offering a versatile and reliable venue for parties, corporate events, team building, training sessions and special occasions.

In-house catering and professional kitchen

Evo Bistrot features a professional in-house kitchen of over 150 sqm, designed to manage structured events and tailor-made services. Equipped with 6 workstations, a complete backstage area with washing facilities and cold storage rooms, dedicated access points and a glass roof ideal for showcooking and gastronomic experiences.

Catering is organized directly by us, built ad hoc according to the type of event, number of guests and budget requirements. On request: showcooking, customized formats, bar and cocktail service, possibility of external catering.

Spaces designed for events

The environments of Evo Bistrot are spacious, flexible and customizable, with high ceilings, large volumes and doors suitable even for significant structural setups. The venue is free of architectural barriers, with convenient parking and outdoor areas that can be equipped for open-air events.

The structure is designed to facilitate the work of organizers and technicians, thanks to:

Music, entertainment and compliance

Evo Bistrot is equipped with all the necessary documentation to host even large-scale events, including music events. The context and location allow for live music and DJ sets, even at high volumes, without acoustic impact issues.

Professional bar and entertainment

The venue features a large fully equipped bar counter, complete with refrigerators, ice machine and cocktail equipment. It is possible to integrate cocktail bars, live music, DJ sets, artistic performances and entertainment on request.
