We are committed to producing fruits and vegetables following the principles of organic farming, respecting the seasons and equilibrium of nature. We avoid the use of chemical pesticides and harmful substances, preferring natural methods that protect our plants and promote a healthy ecological balance. Our seeds and crops are local, which makes for a good and varied harvest. We adopt the system of crop rotation to meet the production needs of the farm and enable the land to regenerate.

We are Zero KM. What does that mean? It means that our products do not have to travel any distance to get to your table. Everything we grow is carefully and lovingly hand-picked directly from our fields and delivered fresh to our restaurant kitchens and bakery. In this way, we ensure that you enjoy the utmost goodness and freshness of our products, while preserving the environment and supporting the local economy.
