Nine styilish mini apartments within a meticulously renovated historic building. Each of the lodgings have windows that overlook the suggestive interior courtyard.
We are in the heart of Mugnano, a typical Umbrian village just 10 minutes from Lake Trasimeno and 20 minutes from Perugia. Inside Casa Eufemia, you can immerse yourself in a lively atmosphere of comfort. Each apartment has been recently renovated and decorated in its own, unique color. The interiors feature modern contemporary design furniture which perfectly integrates with the rustic style of the building.
Each accommodation has a kitchenette, living area, sleeping area, and at least one bathroom. You can enjoy your stay with all the necessary amenities, such as independent heating, elevator and convenient parking facilities. Another highlight is the spacious common area on the ground floor, which opens directly onto the delightful inner courtyard. This space can be booked for private events, a unique and charming location for parties and special meetings. Well furnished with attention to every detail, the inner courtyard is an oasis of tranquility that can be enjoyed in any season.
ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS
Stylish spaces, all with an en suite bathroom with shower, and equipped with hairdryer and linens. Double bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen and, in some cases, terrace.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS
Lovely, fully equipped accommodations with private bathroom complete with shower, hair dryer and linens. Double bed + bed or single sofa bed. Living area with equipped kitchenette, TV and, in some cases, terrace.
FAMILY
Apartments consisting of bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped with hair dryer and linens, living area with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed. One of the Family apartments can sleep 4+2 guests, with a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living area and two single beds in the loft.
Casa Eufemia was named after Eufemia Menicucci, an extraordinary woman. The firstborn of twelve children, she took care of the family after the illness and death of her parents. She coped with the loss of her husband and the distance of her son who was called up for war, and managed property, fields and family with great skill. Euphemia was pragmatic and courageous as well as an excellent cook. In honor of her determination, we have dedicated the building to Euphemia as a symbol of inspiration for anyone fortunate enough to stay in it.
Mugnano, a charming village in the province of Perugia, is characterized by typical architecture and a peaceful, delightful atmosphere. Known as the "village of painted walls," works of art adorn the alleys, the gift of artists who have left their mark over time. A fascinating destination where you can immerse yourself in the culture, history and beauty of Umbria.
